Shakshuka with Spinach & Feta

A savory Middle Eastern dish of poached eggs in a spicy tomato sauce with spinach and feta, perfect for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients for Shakshuka

1In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
2Add tomato sauce and spinach, simmer for 5 minutes.
3Create small wells in the sauce and crack eggs into them.
4Cover the pan and cook until the eggs are set, about 5-7 minutes.
5Top with crumbled feta and serve.
