1Season chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
4Spiralize the zucchini into noodles (zoodles) and add them to the sauce.
5Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything together to coat in the Alfredo sauce.
