1Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
2In a small bowl, mix tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to make the BBQ sauce.
3Rub the beef ribs with the sauce and place them in a roasting pan.
4Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 3 hours or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
5Optional: Finish on the grill for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce.
