Rich and creamy Alfredo sauce served over keto-friendly cauliflower gnocchi and tender chicken.

1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2Steam cauliflower until tender, then mash and mix with almond flour and egg to form dough. Shape into gnocchi and bake for 15 minutes.
3Meanwhile, cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Set aside.
4In the same skillet, prepare Alfredo sauce by simmering heavy cream, Parmesan, and garlic until thickened. Add gnocchi and chicken to the sauce and serve hot.
