Low-Carb Chicken Tikka Masala

A rich and creamy chicken tikka masala with all the authentic flavors but without the carbs.

Ingredients for Sauce

1Mix marinade ingredients and coat chicken. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3In the same skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until soft. Add tomato paste and spices.
4Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
5Serve hot with a side of cauliflower rice.
